The Creative Conclave

The Creative Conclave was founded by Dash Gearheart in Autumn 2025. It is a monthly accountability program at the tabletop gaming club: “Save Point - Chicago” (@savepointchicago) to help creators reach their Tabletop Role-Playing Game related goals with their projects/endeavors by creating project plans, generate healthy competition, creative connections, and collaborations. The program also features workshops and guest speakers from the industry.

Tabletop gaming creators may come to the Creative Conclave to discuss their existing projects to receive guidance from the facilitator (Dash Gearheart) and other collaborators on creating (or updating) a project plan that involves identifying milestones, sprints, blockers, deadlines, and overall project completion target dates. The attendees are expected to share the spotlight with each other and support their peers with constructive feedback.
